Welcome to Coron, a place of natural beauty and hospitality. Here you can enjoy pristine white, deserted sandy beaches; swim in pre-historic, surreal lakes and lagoons surrounded by towering limestone peaks;  snorkel among countless fishes around myriad colorful corals; dive sunken WWII warships that have become rich habitats of corals, fishes and other marine life; go on zafari among free roaming African wild life, and see unique, endemic animals like mouse deer; climb a local peak for a 360 degree view and marvel at the famous Coron sunset and finally soak  your tired body in rejuvenating, saline hot springs

.Castaway is a private resort for family, friends and guests of the owners. However, guests on GranVista are welcome to experience this place. Just book your accommodations with Granvista and they will then make the necessary arrangements.

Gran Vista is owned and operated by Gigi Velasquez and her family. From humble beginnings it has gradually grown into a full-pledged resort with several cottages, function rooms, a small pool and a wooden monkey walk thru mangroves, 24-hr electricity, air conditioned rooms and wifi. It is perched on a hill overlooking the Coron bay. 

Secluded yet only few minutes from town: Castaway about 15-20 minutes by boat and Gran Vista about 5 minutes by land

On GranVista, we have 6 cottages that can accommodate 40 guests.Gigi, the owner, is an outstanding host and takes care of all the details. 

But you need to book early as capacity is still  limited and  gets filled up quickly.
